By downloading the GPS track, roadbook, or any other informational material related to the "Dolomiti Ultra Tour" (hereinafter "the Route"), the user expressly acknowledges and accepts the following:

1. The Route is not an organized event, race, or sporting competition. It is simply a GPS track developed by private individuals and shared free of charge, on existing public trails.

2. The user agrees to undertake any activity on the Route exclusively at their own risk and peril, with the full awareness that the creator of the Route, the website manager, their collaborators, and any natural or legal person associated with the Dolomiti Ultra Tour (hereinafter collectively "the Providers") do NOT assume any responsibility in this regard.

3. The user acknowledges that hiking, trail running, and trekking activities in mountain environments are inherently dangerous and involve significant risks of serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

4. The user assumes full and exclusive responsibility for any consequence, accident, injury, damage to themselves or to third parties, loss, or death that may occur during or in relation to the use of the GPS track or the information contained in the roadbook.

5. The Providers do not guarantee in any way the accuracy, safety, practicability, or currentness of the Route or information related to it. Trails and environmental conditions can change at any time without notice.

6. The user is solely responsible for assessing their own physical and technical abilities, the adequacy of their equipment, the weather and environmental conditions, as well as any decision made during the journey.

7. The Providers do not provide any type of assistance, logistical support, monitoring, or rescue in relation to the Route. In case of emergency, the user must rely exclusively on public emergency services.

8. The user agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Providers from any claim, legal proceeding, cost, expense, damage, and liability, including legal expenses, arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Route or information related to it.

9. This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Providers in relation to the use of the Route and supersedes any previous communication or statement, written or verbal.

10. If any provision of this disclaimer should be deemed inapplicable or invalid by a competent court, such invalidity will not affect the applicability of the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid and effective.

BY DOWNLOADING THE GPS TRACK OR THE ROADBOOK, THE USER DECLARES TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY ACCEPTED THE ABOVE, AND CONFIRMS TO CONSCIOUSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF SUCH MATERIALS.
